• strengthen support to Ukraine
• boost economic competitiveness

Our EU economies are competitive & must remain so.
That is why now is the time to go green. It benefits people, businesses & families.
But we must leave nobody behind.
We can do this through investments - public & private - so that our SMEs and start-ups stay in Europe.

Our ultimate goal remains peace.
But for there to be peace, there must be a free Ukraine.
Our next steps:
- more political, economic, humanitarian and military solidarity
- close remaining loopholes on sanctions
- establish a Special Tribunal for the crime of aggression
