In 19/27 #EU Member States, local & regional authorities (LRAs) have responsibilities to provide healthcare to citizens. Hence, while welcoming the agreement to establish a sub-committee on Public Health, we reiterate that a #HealthUnion can only be achieved by engaging LRAs.
