‼️The report by @gabischoff that seeks to amend Parliament's rules of procedure has been adopted in @EPInstitutional (23 for, 0 against, 0 abstentions).
These amendments, drafted upon the urgent request of @EP_President, will aligne EP rules with the @EUProsecutor mandate.

@gabischoff @EP_President @EUProsecutor 📄The new rules will fully enable the announcement of requests for the waiver of immunity of MEPs sent by the EPPO - two of which have already been produced.
Set to be voted on in the upcoming plenary session, the new rules will come into force the next day.
