☑️€2.5m @EIBINSTITUTE humanitarian aid package
☑️€4bn for neighbouring🇪🇺countries receiving war refugees, together with the EU EMBRACE #advisory platform.
This second #TeamEurope Solidarity response package for Ukraine means:
☑️€1.05bn immediate financial assistance for urgent needs, municipal services, energy efficiency;
☑️€540m to help resume key projects such as transport infrastructure, education & recovery programmes.
