I emphasised the embarrassingly slow disbursement of recovery money: 12 MSs haven't yet got access to the funds, except for pre-financing in some cases.

Out of the €800 billion available, €142 billion have been disbursed so far. In more than 2 years, this is less than 15 % of the recovery money. A poor result.
MSs that don't benefit from the recovery funds are at a disadvantage in the SM. So where's the level playing field?

I also asked the Commissioner about an important high tech green investment in HU, which since 2017 has been waiting for COM’s approval. What happened during this 6 years? @vestager agreed with me that the procedure cannot be that slow.
