Makes sense. I'm sure ROK (Sth Korea) with a much bigger economy & population also have a large well trained army with huge military capacity. ROK has nothing to gain by victory by Russia & DPRK (Nth Korea) & much to lose as a bellicose nuclear alliance of dangerous dictatorships
