@CarolineLucas a classic example of an instance where information from Scotland Wales and Ireland should be used to assess whether improvements are possible and how they may be achieved. The people of England are being deprived of valid solutions by such partial reporting.
Voters need to know what England could be doing that is not being done at the moment.
