@CarolineLucas I’m not sure why you express surprise and I’m guessing a little bit of frustration- she’s only doing what she’s been doing since the BBC elevated her from cub reporter- making the paths easy for the Tories. If she herself isn’t a Tory sympathiser, then she is doing management bidding, as it’s so obvious. I suspect a bit of both. The BBc have been on retreat since Whittingdale threatened them with break up.

@CarolineLucas oh - and what a difference compared to Victoria Derbyshire!! Make that change a permanent one .. which they won’t , as the management will be wary of Victoria’s journalistic ethics in going for the truth. They’d rather have someone like LauraK who stays on message.
