Gee, maybe if they had legislated something two years ago, people wouldn't freeze to death this winter. But, you know, hind sight and all that claptrap.
@CarolineLucas chancellor does piss all for anyone really, fails to mitigate the damge of 13 years of tory rule and his PMs disastrous 3 year spell, and has an economy ground to a halt as a win!
