More oil & gas won't "benefit families" as PM claims - they'll line pockets of mega-rich fossil fuel giants. We're in an energy affordability crisis, not an energy supply crisis. A nationwide street-by-street mass insulation programme *would* get bills down - & cut emissions too.

@CarolineLucas One way to stop new wells is to have a licence clause that says all output can only be sold to UK at cost plus 10%. Without a world market nobody would be interested
