I'm glad Govt is tripling solar capacity by 2030 - but solar panels are going onto domestic roofs at just *half* the speed that's needed, and just 4.4% of our energy is from solar. There is huge potential to tackle #climateemergency & cut energy bills - but it's not being taken.

So it's time for Govt to pick up the pace. If we're going to secure a liveable future - with clean, green, abundant & affordable renewables - we need to see a real rooftop revolution. Let's make solar panels mandatory on *all* suitable new homes.
