RT by @Brendandonn: Starmer’s phrase “the challenge of Brexit” was probably chosen after much deliberation. It allows Brexiters to regard Brexit as something bracing and Remainers to regard Brexit as something damaging. As such, it fully reflects the Starmerite conception of leadership on Europe.
