Re @CliveWismayer @TheBonnyDoon Presumably the BBC thinks it should have investigated more effectively and expeditiously the original complaint. Hence the endless coverage of this overblown incident. The BBC hopes now to atone for its original lapse by hours of public self-flagellation.
