We are living our lives online. The state should be where the people are.
RT @EstoniaInvest: It is said that in #Estonia, there are 2 state services that aren't #online (yet): getting #married and getting a #divorce. Now, @Riigikogu approved changing these 2 into semi-online services: you need to show up for a #wedding or divorce but applications can be sent online.
