We have negotiated the EU-Mercosur agreement for over 20 years and we keep on hearing substance before speed. We have not seen any speed so far, so now speed is substance. We must do everything to ratify this agreement as swiftly as possible @EP_Trade @EPPGroup #EUMERCOSUR #IRA
