“Swift Action” only happens outside of political circuits, where slowing down all that amounts to real change is their never ending game!
Warfare of course bypasses politics, which is why Greta Thunberg urged the political world to act against climate disasters as if they were an invasion. But typically of diplomats and policy constructors who only move in lockstep with myopic short term minded politicos, a failure of duty to protect us all has now occurred!
