RT by @dreynders: During our meeting today, EU Commissioner for Justice @dreynders presented a vision for the establishment of the Special tribunal for the crime of aggression against Ukraine.

We agreed that it will be discussed with members of the Core Group during their meeting in November.

We also discussed possible legal solutions to use frozen Russian assets for reparations and rebuilding of Ukraine. Ukraine insists that this work should be expedited.

In this context, I also welcomed the EU’s intention to become a full Participant of the Register of Damage.
