I addressed the recommendations to 🇲🇹 in the #RuleofLaw Report. A number of reforms have been launched & we are open to continue the dialogue about further improvements & proper implementation. I also recalled that citizenship by investment schemes are illegal under 🇪🇺law (2/2)
