IPAC is not 'certain anti-China politicians from Britain and Europe' as alleged, but a coalition of 350 politicians in 33 countries, with its largest contingent in Asia.

One fact is clear from the HKSAR reply: in Hong Kong the government decides the guilt of a defendant, forces facts to fit the narrative, and then demands that nobody outside the government notices.

Let us be clear: this case relies upon coerced testimony extracted from torture victims to prop up lies about Jimmy Lai's work.
