Whatever nonsense @ExtSpoxEU utters, he is his master's voice, and @JosepBorrellF should be held accountable by the European Parliament for a completely failing, greatly biased and unjust policy: the authoritarian Serbian government he cuddles, and Kosovo he lambasts & sanctions.
