Very surprised to hear today from @EUAgri that they don't signal CAP payments frauds to the @EUProsecutor, despite these being v. serious & affecting all MS, as signaled by @EUAuditors.
Does Commissioner @jwojc support this? EPPO already proved great efficiency & reliability.
