Today @EU_Commission proposes a stable and predictable support package to Ukraine for 2023 of up to €18bn.
It will enable to pay wages & pensions and rebuild critical infrastructure. These very favourable loans will be linked to key reforms for 🇺🇦 to advance on its 🇪🇺 path.
