The ties between 🇪🇺 and Latin America and the Caribbean region are strong. But we can’t take the partnership for granted. At #EULAC Summit, we must step up with a credible investment plan.
Work is underway: in March, we’ll be there with @vestager to launch the Digital Alliance.
