RT by @JanAlbrecht: The @EU_Commission should realize that X is no longer a neutral platform service according to Art. 12 of the EU‘s e-Commerce Directive which in effect means that it has to be held liable for each and every post published on its platform. Otherwise it violates a fair media market.
