@Nick_Britten Native Officer Mahamadu Danbornu of the Gold Coast Constabulary, who was on this parade, is pictured wearing his Jubilee medal, in silver, as awarded to officers. At the time, jubilee medals took precedence over most other medals. He wears his in front of his DCM, awarded in 1889
