R to @EU_Commission: Conducted twelve years after the last survey, the Eurobarometer shows an increase in multilingualism:

🔸 3 out of 5 can have a conversation in a foreign language, up 3% since 2012.

🔸 The proportion rises to 4 out of 5 among young Europeans (15-25 years old), up 5% since 2012.
