Our Early Warning Report shows that a majority of EU countries risk missing some key 2025 waste targets, namely:
- 55% preparing for re-use and recycling of municipal waste
- 65% recycling of all packaging waste

@EU_Commission Recycling is not enough. We must REDUCE the amount of packing used, and use BETTER, more resource efficient packaging. We need a bonus/malus system that creates enough incentives for the packaging industry to make the TRANSITION.
