A new #Eurobarometer survey released today shows that Europeans remain firmly in favour of Ukraine and ensuring the EU’s energy security.
EU citizens continue to show their unwavering solidarity with Ukraine.

74% of Europeans approve EU economic sanctions against the Russian government, companies and individuals.

88% of Europeans are in favour of welcoming Ukrainians fleeing the war into the EU.
And 77% are in favour of providing financial support to the country.

When it comes to Europe's energy security, 84% of EU citizens agree that the EU should reduce its dependency on Russian sources of energy as soon as possible.
And an overwhelming majority of EU citizens (86%) support investment in renewables.
