The Treaty on the European Union was signed in 🇳🇱 and entered into force on 1 November 1993.

In 1993, the single market was launched with the '4 freedoms' of free movement for people, goods, services and money.
It has fuelled economic growth and made the everyday life of European businesses and consumers easier.

💶 25 years of the European Central Bank.
On 1 June 1998, the European Central Bank was officially opened in Frankfurt.
