We can’t allow ourselves to turn cohesion policy into a financial reservoir to deal with crisis. The EU must equip itself with specific financial reserves for this specific purpose, accompanied by a new policy to prevent/combat crises and disasters.@Alberto_Cirio @PiedmontEU
