@DigitalEU Afaik is the "change your password frequently" a myth and regarded a flaw in recent security-advisories.
E.g. see here: https://www.ncsc.gov.uk/blog-post/problems-forcing-regular-password-expiry
Make em strong and use a password-manager/tool to have different passwords on all sites is the way to go.
