@_HenryBolton What is the logic of a Mozambican student living in UK having the vote in a GE but not an EU citizen from Portugal who has been in UK for decades. The right of Commonwealth citizens in UK to vote in all UK elections but not EU citizens in UK is inexplicable and hard to justify.
