@CarolineLucas @christineburns I'd also note that in a Labour/LD parliament there's a chance for Greens to peel off some Conservatives who do care about the environment. Their argument that they support Conservatives because they can be in government or the official opposition falls apart. Suddenly the Greens and Conservatives are in the same boat - and likely Conservative leaders will be anti-environment.

Make it so that the official opposition is the Lib Dems and not the Conservatives.
Obviously it would be good if the Greens played a role too but the polling makes it clear that Lib Dems as the official opposition is very possible. Have a few years of that debate, maybe there's a chance for the Greens to replace LD or L. But for now, tactical voting provides a way to really shift the debate.
