Houthi attacks in Red Sea are clearly deeply destabilising but UK involvement in retaliatory action is very concerning. What’s the strategy? If it escalates further how far is Govt willing to go? And why the UK & US alone? This should be fully debated & voted on in parliament

@CarolineLucas yes, absolutely. And if it comes a choice between supporting Ukraine and bombing Houthis, I’m for supporting Ukraine.
We are under more immediate and existential threat from Russia in Ukraine than we are from the Houthis in Yemen.
@CarolineLucas Here we go again, we never ever learn, following America in to another conflict whilst the other countries in Europe appear to be stepping back.
