Johnson’s honours list is waiting to be rubber-stamped, yet Govt is too afraid to admit it. Political mandates bought with huge party donations simply don’t pass the sniff test. Sunak wanted Govt ‘conducted properly, competently & seriously’. So why won't he block Johnson’s list?

@CarolineLucas I quote from a Conservative's reply re checking the probity of the people named on the honours' list. In this instance Boris Johnson's. "...donations to any political party should not be regarded as a reason for disqualification from receiving an honour." The corruption is ingrained.
