The Tories’ nasty ‘two child’ policy must end. Families in need with more than two children only get universal credit for first two. A deeply unpleasant set of assumptions & values at play here. This horrible punishing of children has been going on since 2015 & it needs to stop

And it fails to recognise the reality for so many "blended" families with half-siblings and step children.
