RT by @Brendandonn: Perhaps “culmination” would have been more accurate. But contempt for the rule of law and revelling in pointless cruelty do mark a Rubicon for today’s Conservative Party. There is no way back to acceptability after the Rwanda legislation. It is both absurd and outrageous.
