Listening to Representatives from #US + #Canada at #COP27 this morning, they don't seem to have any enthusiasm for dealing with 'Loss + Damage'- Global North are responsible for 92% of Global Emissions that have caused Climate Change,but they haven't much appetite to pay for it..
