Irish Fish that swim,spawn + breed in Irish Waters need to be a benefit for people of Ireland who are closest to the resource as prescribed under United Nations Convention on Law of the Sea. Sadly, Irish Fishing boats are allowed catch just 3.9% of this stock in our own waters...
