Russians are not a distinct race. They are Slavs, just like the Ukrainians. At least they see themselves as such (actually, Russians are more of a mix).
Sanctions are definitely not as bad as what the Russians are doing to the Ukrainians. Who they claim to see as brothers but also as mean and stupid farmers who need to be lead from Moscow.

i think it already have been. it's probably just not reflected in that of the not-ordinary ones (i.e. the rulers)
