I welcome the news that Montenegro’s Parliamentary Constitutional Committee has agreed on a proposal for four judges to the Constitutional Court.

I encourage the @SkupstinaCG to convene a plenary session as a matter of political urgency in order to complete the process.🇪🇺🇲🇪
