Good to meet Jamaican Foreign Minister @kaminajsmit. We discussed the breadth of 🇬🇧🇯🇲 relations, and the concerns of Small Island Developing States, including on climate change and access to finance. The UK is determined to ensure SIDS have better access to reliable financing.
