Re @AlexandraGeese @moritzkoerner @svenja_hahn @fdp @echo_pbreyer Maybe you've updated the procedures since 2014, but when I was MEP rejecting a proposal (voting NO) meant that the proposal did not get adopted, esp. if a majority voted no. I think you're saying that the S&D and EPP made concessions to you in exchange for voting yes?
