@scribe9104 @ajitdatta Look, lots of people were watching the game in one street. The police closed all exits from the street w/o telling anyone what was going on. When people tried to go home after the game they were teargassed. Police refused to say how to get off the street.

@scribe9104 @ajitdatta I don't think anyone would look at me and say I'm a 4/5 gen Moroccan in Belgium, and I suffered teargas anyway and it took me and two friends 40 minutes to get off that one street because there was *no direction we could go in* that did not take us to more teargas.

@scribe9104 @ajitdatta I understand being police is not easy but there is such a thing as setting yourself up for failure. If you refuse to tell people who are politely asking "how do i get to the railway station", and you encase people in teargas for no discernible reason, that's... You get problems.
