I also salute the memory of Miguel Borg, who, despite huge health challenges, graduated with a degree in mechanical engineering from the @UMmalta. With his determination to push through & achieve his dream of becoming an engineer, Miguel continues to be an inspiration for us all.

I urged nurses & midwives who have been providing excellent service for many years not to retire completely. Encouraged them to inspire & share their experiences with youths. During a recognition ceremony organised by MUMN, I stressed that nurses & midwives are indispensable.

Yesterday evening we enjoyed attending the concert dedicated to the 5th Anniversary of the NDSF – part of The Malta International Organ Festival. We would like to thank the organisers for the initiative to donate the proceeds from ticket sales to The Malta Community Chest Fund.
