It was a pleasure to receive Maltese author Alfred Massa for a courtesy call this afternoon. Mr Massa, who was accompanied by representatives from the Akkademja tal-Malti and Malta Libraries, donated several of his books to the Anton Buttigieg Library housed at Sant’Anton Palace.

I enjoyed meeting the administration and some of the residents of the RISe Foundation on the tenth anniversary of the establishment of this foundation.

Together we planted 10 citrus trees in The President’s Kitchen Garden to commemorate this important anniversary.

Today we had the pleasure of hosting the contributors of the recipe book 𝐓𝐢𝐬𝐣𝐢𝐫 𝐦𝐢𝐥𝐥-𝐐𝐚𝐥𝐛. We sincerely thank them for their valuable contribution to this publication, which is an important part of the chain of initiatives in aid of the Malta Community Chest Fund.

Today, I visited the Irish Defence Forces Cadet School in the Curragh Camp, where I had the pleasure to meet and speak with three Maltese Officer Cadets who are currently undergoing Cadetship training with the Irish Defence Forces.
