Today Manfred Weber succeeded in manipulating the vote by preventing EPP MEPs in favor of Europe's first nature restoration law from voting in Com ENVI. It makes the vote meaningless. I'm therefore optimistc for the plenary in July: he won't be able to replace EPP members.
