Not sure there's a right to count asylum seekers.
RT @newschambers: Asked Simon Harris about why Gardaí reportedly allowed protesters to count asylum seekers on a bus in Inch.
He said Gardaí have to use discretion, trying to balance “competing rights” including right to protest.
He says blockade should end, however.
