Pre-Brexit, I tried to help IanP, by warning him the consequences of his actions would be more checks at Irish Sea ports.

The UK Supreme Court ruled today, not a "foreign court".
They did so primarily because Rwanda was deemed not a safe place based on his government's own assessments.
