RT @MarkYoung23: Great to see @NualaToman @disabilityni on the @UTVNews tonight highlighting how disabled people in NI aren’t protected by legislation that the rest of the UK already has in place. https://www.belfastlive.co.uk/news/northern-ireland/mums-call-help-disabled-son-26584479

RT @micky_murray: 3 teams out this afternoon.
Most significant conversation I had today was with a 17yr old who’s studying politics.
Such a shame that 16/17 yr olds can’t vote.
As a former youth worker I was involved in the campaign for #VotesAt16, & here we are, ten years later, still waiting! https://t.co/JCjrHJk8z4

Soggy catch-up in Lisburn with two of candidates, @smartin123, Lisburn North and Peter Kennedy in Lisburn South. Their running mates, @NicolaParker_5 and Amanda Grehan, wisely stayed out of the rain! 🌨☔️🌧

Daisy also had refreshments at #PoochPatisserie and loved the peanut butter and flax seed treats.
And, not to be left out @CllrMichaelLong got himself some treats, too, from #LittleDelights! 😊

Big show of support for @ClaireHackett_ out canvassing #Dungannon this morning.
I decided to nip into #LittleWillowIndieMarket to chat to traders and shoppers.
Managed to pick up some earrings from #castandclay, too.

@cold_anson @BorderSolution_ Actually, I said we won't bring in additional charges.
So that would be fake news you just posted.

@BristolGlas @bbctheview @MarkCarruthers7 It wasn't being said to them: we know that's the case. It was to those of us who have services nearby and need to be willing to travel a bit further to create a safe and sustainable service for everyone in NI.

@JohnMurrray Where's this?

@OutsiderNI @RussellJAdams81 @BelfastGonzo @bbctheview @DannyDonnelly1 @MarkCarruthers7 @Translink_NI We wouldn't privatise water, so it wouldn't be a private company.
A mutual/not-for-profit model would be better and could access investment that a government agency can't to develop our infrastructure for the future.
As with rates, there must be affordability protections.

@OutsiderNI @RussellJAdams81 @BelfastGonzo @bbctheview @DannyDonnelly1 @MarkCarruthers7 @Translink_NI Different part of the rate. Water is part of the regional rate, set by Stormont; councils set the district rate, which funds council services.
The reduction would be to the regional rate: council income would be unaffected.

@dinonadx @chhcalling @moneillsf @columeastwood @J_Donaldson_MP @BeattieDoug @RCN_NI @rita_rdevlin29 We did? We did so in the meeting: however, there may not be any Barnett consequentials from pay settlements as the Secretary of State for Health has been told to fund it from within existing budgets.

@gerardcassidy @allianceparty @healthdpt @WesternHSCTrust That is not the Bengoa reform plans that we support.

@1StephenCassidy @squinteratn @bbctheview @MarkCarruthers7 Which is why we need proper cross-border cooperation. Many in rural Fermanagh are closer to Sligo than anywhere else: many in Inishowen are closer to Altnagelvin than Letterkenny.

@brendy2603 @squinteratn @bbctheview @MarkCarruthers7 My father-in-law travelled to Downpatrick for scans from Belfast.
There are two separate issues that people are conflating: elective care and emergency care. Elective care can be provided in specialist centres; with emergency care, it's time critical.

@McAlindenS @squinteratn @bbctheview @MarkCarruthers7 Transport, including public and community providers, need to be involved in planning to implement reform. I said that clearly in the interview.
